It was a passion for the latest interior design trends that motivated founder Arij Jandali to set up maison d’art in 2004. Aspiring to bring exclusive designer fabrics and wallcoverings to the Middle East market, she established the business in Dubai to serve the whole region, including the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Lebanon, Egypt, and Jordan. maison d’art has since built up an enviable portfolio of the world’s most admired designers.
Our team has not looked back, working with blue chip clients, trade professionals, retailers, and individual consumers across the Middle East to achieve their vision in cutting-edge interior design. Along the way, maison d’art has won coveted awards for its collections and added renowned names to its portfolio, which represents the region’s widest variety of interior design brands.

2004 maison d’art launched as the exclusive distributor of Duralee
2005 Partnered with Designers Guild and became its sole distributer in the Middle East, adding Christian Lacroix, Ralph Lauren, William Yeoward, and The Royal Collection to our portfolio
2009 Opened our grand showroom on Al Wasl Road
2011 Moved to the ‘Petit Maison’, our current home
2014 Welcomed Mastro Raphaël and Whistler Leather to the maison d’art family

JF Fabrics
JF Fabrics is a Canadian company that, since its inception in 1977, has evolved from selling only decorative fabrics to everything from tassels and trims to drapery hardware and area rugs.

Arch 8 was founded to complement the aforementioned Whistler Leather, translating to high-performance faux leather and suede with a luxury finish.
James Hare
James Hare is reputed as a silk specialist, but caters to both the fashion and interiors industries through its vast fabric library of plain, semi-plain, and decorative fabrics.
1838 Wallcoverings
1838 Wallcoverings hails from Lancashire, the birthplace of the wallpaper printing, and pairs contemporary patterns with heritage techniques to produce luxury wallcoverings like no other.
